MICHAEL JACKSON,STAGE-WORN SHOES AND SOCKS
A pair of black leather penny loafers, personally owned and stage-worn by Michael Jackson. The shoes, made by Florsheim, are signed by Jackson on the soles. Jackson used the pair of shoes during his 1992 Dangerous Tour.
Also, a pair of socks that was personally owned and stage-worn by Michael Jackson. The socks are fully covered with Swarovski rhinestones and are made by Tompkins/Bush, who designed a lot of costumes for Jackson.
In addition to the above, this lot also includes a buckle belt that Michael Jackson frequently used, with many images to prove it. The buckle belt is inscribed "Honi soit qui mal y pense" ("Shame be to him who thinks evil of it"), which is a motto of the British Chivalric Order of the Garter.
This is truly an incredible ensemble of three iconic Michael Jackson items that he has used on stage. With all three having great provenance, it's the perfect set of items for any music collector.
Condition: Both the shoes and socks are heavily worn, but they are both in very good vintage condition. The buckle belt is in excellent condition.
