FREDDIE MERCURY, OWNED AND PLAYED MARTIN GUITAR
A 1976 Martin & Co. D-18 guitar that's been personally owned and played by Queen's frontman Freddie Mercury. The guitar's serial number is 393896.
The guitar was given by Freddie Mercury to his manager, friend, and lover, Paul Prenter. A truly remarkable piece of music history!
Condition: Fine condition overall with minor breaks and scratches.
Provenance: Letter of Provenance from Paul Prenter, Freddie Mercury's manager, friend, and lover, who got the guitar from Mercury, in which Prenter states that "He [Freddie Mercury] had it at home and played it but said that I should have it."
