ELVIS PRESLEY, OWNED
AND PLAYED FENDER GUITAR

The guitar was brought by Presley to the filming of the 1966 movie "Spin-Out", where it's played by actor and guitarist Jimmy Hawkins. During film production, the "Fender Jaguar" logo on the head of the guitar was covered up to avoid any copyright issues.

This guitar comes complete with its original hard shell case, an "E.P." guitar pick, and its original strap, all belonging to Elvis Presley.

Condition: Fine condition with signs of use and various scratches and small marks.

Provenance: Letter of Provenance from previous owner Greg Evigan, who got the guitar from Elvis Presley's cousin and Press Secretary Earl Greenwood. The guitar was sold by Sotheby's in 2002 and later by Christie's in 2011. Letter of Authenticity from Alexander Bitar History.
